Aurora H. ★★★★★

The body on this one is what got me—those cool nights and volcanic soil really come through, making each sip feel round and smooth without any sharp edges. I’ve brewed it three ways already and it’s held up beautifully every time, even for a decaf that late in the evening.

First cup this morning and the volcanic soil really comes through in the body — rich but not heavy. Noticed it’s incredibly smooth even without milk, which is rare for a decaf at this altitude. Definitely my new afternoon staple.

Opened the bag and the beans smell incredible, but the real test was the cold brew I made this morning. That volcanic soil really comes through—smooth, no bitterness, even at 1,800 meters. Definitely ordering another bag before I run out.
