Mahlkönig X54 Grinder.

I was nervous about upgrading from my old hand grinder, but the stepless dial makes dialing in espresso shots for different beans feel almost effortless. The steel burrs chew through a full dose in seconds, and switching to cold brew is just a quick twist.

The hopper and grind chamber feel solid enough to survive a kitchen remodel, and swapping from espresso to cold brew takes seconds thanks to that stepless dial. I've had zero clumping issues since day one, which was my biggest worry with a new grinder.

The stepless dial is a game-changer for me; switching from espresso to filter is just a quick turn and the grind is always spot-on. I also love that the steel body feels like it can take a daily beating on my countertop without any wobble.
