يأتي هذا الإسبريسو 1829 من ميو، وهي مزرعة في مونتي سانتو دي ميناس، البرازيل، مبنية على العناية والتتبع والمسؤولية تجاه الأرض. في جميع أنحاء المزرعة، تنمو القهوة بجانب الغابات الأصلية ومياه الينابيع ومرافق المعالجة المُدارة بعناية.

تقع ميو بين جنوب ميناس جيرايس ومنطقة هاي موجيانا، وتستفيد من تضاريسين متميزتين: واحدة معروفة بحموضة الحمضيات، والأخرى بالجسم والحلاوة. يتم تتبع كل حصاد من الكرز إلى التصدير باستخدام صور الأقمار الصناعية وضوابط معالجة صارمة، مما يوفر رؤية كاملة من المزرعة إلى الكوب.
