Elaborado con cacao cultivado en la finca de Åkesson en el valle de Sambirano, este chocolate con leche de Madagascar al 58% ofrece un perfil increíblemente cremoso e indulgente, conservando al mismo tiempo el carácter brillante y cítrico por el que se conoce a la región. Notas de crème fraîche y mermelada de albaricoque se despliegan en matices de sirope dorado, caramelo y melaza, con un final de suave toque cítrico: una expresión refinada y a la vez reconfortante del cacao malgache.

Fundada como panadería en Suffolk en 2010, Pump Street comenzó a elaborar chocolate en 2012 y desde entonces se ha convertido en uno de los fabricantes de chocolate artesanal más respetados del Reino Unido. Trabajando de la semilla a la tableta con cacao de finca única e ingredientes naturales, se centran en la procedencia, las relaciones de comercio directo y la claridad de sabor en cada tableta.
