Deze 1829 Espresso komt van Mió, een boerderij in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazilië, opgebouwd rond zorg, traceerbaarheid en verantwoordelijkheid voor het land. Op het landgoed groeit koffie naast inheems bos, bronwater en zorgvuldig beheerde verwerkingsfaciliteiten.

Gelegen tussen Zuid-Minas Gerais en de regio High Mogiana, profiteert Mió van twee verschillende terreinen: één bekend om citruszuur, de andere om body en zoetheid. Elke oogst wordt gevolgd van kers tot export met behulp van satellietbeelden en strenge verwerkingscontroles, wat volledige zichtbaarheid biedt van boerderij tot kopje.
