The fruit notes are unmistakable—I actually caught the strawberry and nectarine right in the first sip, and the floral finish lingers nicely. It's bright and lively without being acidic, exactly what I want to kick off a slow morning.
I brewed a cup this morning expecting a standard Ethiopian coffee, but the strawberry and nectarine notes genuinely surprised me. It’s bright and floral without being tart, and the finish is clean enough that I skipped my usual milk.
The fruit notes really come through—I got a bright strawberry sweetness that lingered into a nectarine finish, and it brewed smooth with zero bitterness. This is the most interesting coffee I’ve had in months, and the floral hint is a nice touch at the end.
