Keramo is the result of our long-standing collaboration with Daye Bensa in Ethiopia. Naturally processed and fruit-forward, it carries taste notes of strawberry and pear, and is high in complexity and clarity. The extended cherry maturation builds sweetness and fruit notes. Local farmers hand-select fully ripe, red cherries, ensuring the quality that defines Keramo’s distinct profile.

A new way to drink iced coffee at WatchHouse. Cold-extracted and espresso-strength, Cold shots is developed for cold serves from the start, holding its structure over ice for a cleaner, sweeter, and more balanced cup. Keramo is a natural fit for our first black Cold shots. Its fruit-forward character and vibrant acidity make for a complex but balanced iced black coffee.
