WatchHouse Comandante C40 MK4 Grinder.

I was skeptical about spending this much on a hand grinder, but the German build quality is immediately obvious in the weight and the smooth click of the adjustment dial. It’s turned my morning pour-over into a noticeably cleaner, sweeter cup with zero fuss.

The consistency is honestly on another level—every dose comes out identical, which has completely changed my pour-overs. The precision engineering shows in how smoothly the handle turns, even after months of daily use.

The grind size adjustment clicks are so precise that I can lock in a setting and pull identical shots back to back, every single time. It's made my whole morning routine feel more intentional, and the consistency is honestly a game changer for pour-over.
