The rotating pick from Peru, Brazil, or Bolivia keeps things exciting, and the roast date is always within a week of shipping. This month's bag had a bright, citrusy acidity that made my morning pour-over feel like a small luxury.
Opening the box each month feels like a mini coffee adventure, and the Bolivia roast this time was a standout with a smooth, chocolatey finish. The fact that the Roastery team picks each batch means I’m always trying something new without having to think about it.
I was a little nervous not knowing which coffee would show up, but the Peru roast that arrived had this smooth, almost nutty finish that made my morning routine feel special. It’s fun getting a different single origin each month, and the roastery clearly knows what they’re doing with their picks.
