Category: Chocolate

Crafted from cacao grown at Åkesson’s Estate in the Sambirano Valley, this 58% Madagascar milk chocolate delivers a beautifully creamy and indulgent profile while retaining the bright, zesty character the region is known for. Notes of crème fraîche and apricot jam unfold into golden syrup, caramel and treacle undertones, finishing with a gentle citrus lift — a refined yet comforting expression of Madagascan cacao.

Founded as a bakery in Suffolk in 2010, Pump Street began making chocolate in 2012 and has since become one of the UK’s most respected craft chocolate makers. Working bean-to-bar with single-estate cacao and natural ingredients, they focus on provenance, direct trade relationships and flavour clarity in every bar.

Ingredients:
Cocoa beans, cane sugar, milkpowder, cocoa butter. Minimum cocoa solids 58%. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, nuts and sesame seeds.

Jason ★★★★★

That bright, zesty hit from the Sambirano Valley cacao is exactly what I was hoping for—it cuts through the sweetness without losing any of the creamy milk depth. I ate one square slowly and then had to stop myself from finishing the whole bar in one sitting.

Jacob ★★★★★

The texture is insanely smooth for a 58% bar, and that bright, citrusy edge from the Sambirano beans cuts through the creaminess just enough to keep every square interesting. I've already ordered a second bar because the first one disappeared in two sittings.

That zesty kick from the Sambirano Valley really cuts through the milk chocolate’s richness, which keeps every bite interesting. The 58% cocoa feels smooth without being heavy, and I've already polished off two bars this week.
