I’ve been pulling shots for flat whites all week and this blend holds up beautifully against steamed milk without turning bitter. The balance is spot on for a seasonal espresso, and it’s become my go-to for a quick afternoon cortado.
Made a cortado with this yesterday and the balance really came through with the milk—sweet, smooth, no bitter edge. It's clearly dialed in for milk drinks, which is exactly what I needed for my morning flat whites.
The crema on my cortados has been noticeably thicker and more caramel-toned since switching to this roast. It steams into milk beautifully, though I wish the bag had a resealable zipper for freshness.
